Having problem with our dishwasher not cleaning the top rack properly. Did a Google search and came across these folks. They have descriptions AND videos to help you troubleshoot. Watched the one about the food chopper, followed their instructions, and sure enough, the little bugger had fallen apart. Can't believe I won't be spending $200 on a repair. I would've ordered the part from these folks even if I'd found it cheaper elsewhere -- that's how helpful their site is. Very smart folks -- thank you!

I entered the model number and a list of all the parts I could order were presented to me. No wondering if I was ordering the correct part or not.
